Quick response to initial inquiry. But odd system of scheduling appointments, their AI (I guess) fits you in where it wants and when you reschedule It chooses a day you want but weeks away. Must be really busy!

Westgate had a salesperson (Jeff) that was the most knowledgable person we had talked to regarding EVs. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding Tesla compared to other EVs. He helped us navigate all the electronics in the car and made us feel comfortable test driving. He helped us make a decision that we felt good about.

Inquired about an out the door total price for a out of state buyer. No return calls from anyone other than the original contract person that was helpful but unable to assist me number’s. Took my business elsewhere.

Overall a good experience, its what you expect from a dealership. Pros *fast time in and out with going to my bank to fiance and dealership time about 6 1/2 hours out the door. *Car was detailed *Full tank upon leaving Cons *Same old dealership stuff very pushy on adds on and warranties. Such as oh I'll loss my job if this add on us taken off completely *Financial advisor was nice but very pushy on financing with the dealership and did not like I wanted to go to my bank could tell she was visibly by face and the way she talked about how they would possibly offer better. Told them in the door I already had financing and was interested. *Trade in low ball, just $250 over what I owed on my vehicle, when market value was $2,000-$4000+ more depending on add ons and market interest. Overall not a bad experience but definitely a one and done. I got the vehicle I wanted clean, filled up, and out the door quick.

The car increased in price after getting a sales quote. Total out the door price was less than the new listed price. WOW
