The truck I was very interested in was nothing like the pictures in the ad. The paint was a complete disaster and the truck needed a whole overhaul. Priced way to high for what it is.

Horrible. Bait and switch. Truck priced at $34,850. After all the taxes and junk fees it was $53,000 out the door. I see they changed the price of the vehicle by an additional 10k. At least the potential buyer won’t be too floored in the end.

I called to enquire about the vehicle, the person took my information and said they would call me back to let me know if it’s available. I am yet to receive that call. Bad communication…bad for business.

Spent 2.5 hours, including test drive, the first day and about an hour the next day to complete sale and drive the Jeep home. Phil was a big help throughout the process, making sure things moved along and explaining each document that needed signing. He explained features as we examined the car and during the test drive... Phil knows his product. Cosmo explained all the additional coverage very professionally without undue pressure to purchase. Last minute hero was Ryan, who was able to get my phone connected after Phil and I decided we needed to call in an expert... i.e. someone under age 40. Biggest plus is the price advertised on line is the price quoted when you walk in the door... nothing hidden. Zero pressure to finance through Westbury Jeep. Not lots of wiggle room on the out-the-door figure, but they did work with me a little bit. Spotless exterior/interior... and full tank of gas on delivery! All in all, a pretty stress free and pleasant experience; I'd go back.

Not so good I made a offer including my durango which I wanted trade in value I sent Vin and pics like requested and whenever I wanted a breakdown invoice so we could make a deal with deposit I was ignored and vehicle sold under my nose

This is a one star dealership top to bottom. Believe the poor reviews. I should have. I read the poor reviews seeing things like unprofessional, poor communication, won’t return a call, bait and switch, people coming to see cars that aren’t for sale or get sold out from under them. I had some serious issues with that terrible business practices that cost me a car I had been searching for over two years. They refused to take a deposit from me over 24 hours, but let another customer place a deposit on the same vehicle. Then had the nerve to send me a message telling me they allowed another customer to put down a deposit. All while having the nerve to call Multiple times asking me how they could Get the deal done or get me into the jeep. I told 4 different people they didn’t have to sell me. I was pre approved. I gave them a specific date and time i’d be there to get the car. Wasn’t enough. Dealership should be shut down. Rude, cowardly, unprofessional staff. Buyer beware

Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram of Manhattan is the real deal. The staff is friendly and Mark was awesome in helping me with my vehicle situation. I owe a debt of gratitude to you all. Thank you very much!
