Dealer was very helpful and low-pressure, which I really liked!

Reached out to them, got an email and spoke to a sales man named Logan. He sent me a break down of the car, I told him it was a little more than I planned to spend. Never heard back from anyone. Didn’t try to see what my budget was or anything. Just got ghosted.

DOUBLE confirm the advertised price of the vehicle you are looking at! I was shopping used trucks when I found one at Toliver that appeared to be a great deal. I was shopping at night when they were closed. I was worried the price was wrong, so I called Toliver first thing the next morning. I asked the salesman I spoke to confirm the price. He looked into and confirmed that was the price. I said I wanted the truck, but I had a few things for work that I had to do before I could get them pictures of my trade. An hour later, I sent them the pictures they requested. The salesman confirmed he received the pictures and told me that he would immediately begin working on the offer for my trade. I live 8 hours from the dealership and needed to coordinate the next day off from work. After a few hours, I called to check on the status. The salesman apologized and stated that he had been busy. Than I receive a text that the truck was $10K more.
