RAM dealerships near me (Las Vegas, NV)

Emily the person I initially spoke to started off polite. As conversations went on, she became pushy and responses were rude and inconsiderate. I previously purchased a car from this dealer back in 2020 with 7k customer service has gone down hill. As a returning customer you would think the conversations would be more respectful but that was not the case. During negotiations, as I spoke to Emily and sales Randy, they seen I placed a down payment back in 2020 and pushed for me to make another down payment when during initial conversation with Emily a down payment was maybe an option but nothing confirmed. Then when decision was made not to put a down payment Emily became rude and unprofessional with her responses. When I did speak with Randy over the phone it seemed as of things were going well, but when explaining the car I was looking at had a history of electrical issues per my experience and no warranty was offered or mentioned negotiations stalled and unfortunately ended.

I dislike messaging with someone only for them not to be available when you show up for an appointment. Vehicle was fresh off trade/auction and was getting an oil change, not detailed, down right nasty, pretty sure I left high. Have a lot tech vacuum, spray some scent or something before offering for sale. My main gripe is this phantom protection package added on top of the vehicle selling price. This is what really gives used car sales/salesman a bad reputation. If I want seat protection, paint protection, etc ill certainly ask for it. Stop taking advantage of people or trying to. I do not wish to pay dealer markup on a service I do not want or need presented as mandatory so you can get front end gross on a deal. (car guy) I did not purchase the vehicle my trade was undervalued and this built in "protection" certainly didn't help. Im not bitter, more disappointed. Thankfully, we have plenty Dodge dealerships in town.

Salesman kinda seem rude, laughed at me a little and hung up on me. After calling back same thing.

Their online team sucks. They dont get back to you and when you bump the email they get all getto.

Not very helpful. Told them I was just getting out of bankruptcy and they told me thats no problem and that they could still possibly get me into the car. Felt that they rushed me to provide my ssn so that they can run the credit check. They then told me that because I have challenging credit coming from the bankruptcy, I have to put at least $100000 down. They said that is what the bank is offering. Not really helpful and did not go out of their way to help me get into the car. I made a comment that this was a waste of my time and the dealer said that this wasted his time as well. Who says that??
