Salesman was amazing and very hospitable

The dealership itself is prolly a good lot but the sales representatives JAMES Unprofessional rude and poor professionalism. But the car lot has good cars with priced below market price.

Didn’t get no response

They were supposedly working on a pre- approval for me for this vehicle, but sold it to someone else instead and didn’t have the decency to at least let me know. I gave them 1 star only because it wouldn’t let me not give a star.

We went spacifically for the particular jeep we seen online cause it was a mechanics speacial. In other words needed some repairs. The vehicle runs and drives it just needs some things. Thousands cheaper than others with the same milage. It drove like a jeep. Performed like a jeep. Wife thought she wanted a jeep. Not after the test drive. I dont think she was prepared for the stiff ride of a wrangler. And the funny thing is these are far supirior than what they used to be compared to the old leaf spring suspention models. I thought it rode great for what it was. As they say if the wife aint happy. Nobody is happy. Sales was great. We went to another dealer that had another car we where looking at and paid the cash price for that suv. Nothing wrong with the people at Melton. They just didn't have anything else in our cash budget we wanted to look at.

Over all my experience was great. They could have disclosed that the vehicle I was buying needed a new windshield and it that it would take a week before it could be delivered. But Overall they were great.

We drove from Tulsa to see a vehicle listed within our budget, but the experience was very disappointing. At first, they couldn’t even find the car. When they finally brought it out, the associate himself admitted that “this car doesn’t run well.” From the outside, we could see it shaking, the check engine light and tire light were on, and it even had a spare tire mounted. Instead of showing us another option or trying to understand our needs, the focus immediately shifted to pushing financing. One salesperson was even aggressive and inappropriate, making us feel like we were “naïve” for wanting to pay cash or stick to our budget, and insisted the solution was to finance a $20,000 car—completely outside of what we were looking for. In the end, we purchased elsewhere. The experience here was terrible: no real effort to help us find the right car, only pressure to take on unnecessary debt. Listing a car at a certain price but then showing one that doesn’t even run properly is not hone

Worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. They mark the prices up when you show up at the dealer. The jeep we looked at was advertised for 14300 on guru but when we got to the lot the actual price was 16900.
