RAM dealerships near me (Baker, LA)

I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.

Had service lights pop up 5 days after purchasing costing me 400 bucks for software updates. Couldn’t get an answer from them after calling multiple times. Should have read other people’s reviews before buying from them

I made an appointment and drove 2 and a half hours specifically to see a truck they had listed, only to arrive and be told it had already been sold. What’s frustrating is they called me twice beforehand to confirm my appointment, but never mentioned the truck was no longer available. Instead, they immediately started trying to show me other trucks that were way above my budget. It felt like a waste of my time and gas money just to get me on the lot. Better communication and honesty would have gone a long way.
