I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I traveled over 5 hours from home after they specifically asked me to bring my trade-in for an in-person evaluation, even though I had already shared all the details, including the VIN, ahead of time. I was told they could offer a better price once they saw the car in person, but that turned out to be completely untrue. Instead, they came back with an extremely lowball offer that didn’t reflect the condition or value of my vehicle at all. On top of that, the way I was treated felt dismissive and disrespectful. After such a long trip and clear prior communication, I expected honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately received neither. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.
