Called three times and was assured vehicle was there. When I arrived they showed me a completely different vehicle. When I told them that was not the correct vehicle I was told the one I wanted to look at had sold two days ago. Terrible dealer. Will NEVER look there again.

I drove a long distance (sight unseen) to buy this Escalade. I was overly impressed with Scott's honestly, and the overall condition, when I arrived at the car lot. This is a pristine Cadillac, and I couldn't be happier.

Setup a time at 4 on Saturday to buy a car. Got there at that time and was told they close at 4 and already sold that car anyways. Didn't have my appointment in the system and didn't bother to notify me that someone wanted to buy it. I drove an hour to get there for nothing.

He wanted 4000 down after i was approved with 1500 and i never heard from him again
