Horrible! Spoke with dealership on a Friday, was trying to work out deal before driving 3 hours to get vehicle. I had to call dealership multiple times, they kept telling me they were working on the details and when I finally reached out after not hearing anything one way or the other by the following Wednesday to be told that they sold it the day before. Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible communication!

I would highly recommend. Very nice clean used vehicles. The Tilley staff is super friendly, no pressure and helpful in finding the right vehicle for your individual needs. Will definitely use their expertise in next purchase.

When I scheduled an appointment to visit and test drive, the salesman I dealt with (Jae), was great, but the price quoted was about $1500.00 more than was listed on CarGurus. I pointed that fact out, Jae checked & got it corrected. We chatted, haggled, and came to the cash price that I was willing to pay with my trade-in and I was satisfied with our negation. I left a deposit, came back 2 days later to purchase this vehicle. I spent 3+ hours filling out more paperwork, which I thought was a bit much for a cash transaction. Regardless, overall, I'm happy with the visit, transaction and effort by Classic Hyundai of NW. Thank you, Jae, Brittany, Sharon & Keith. Happy trails!
