Poor communication. Was interested in a car, they agreed to get me a price and I followed up no less than 3 times with zero response. Ironically I have received 2 emails from same salesperson that seem to be auto generated asking if I want to consider anything in their inventory. Poor service and communication on a car I wanted and they agreed to get me a deal price. I was ready to buy that moment but they failed. Worst experience on a $200K car I have ever had.

Well, staff was nice. The guy had me fill out application. I could not do it in office , I had to get back to work. He said that was fine. But once submitted, he said they couldn’t find it. I kept resubmitting by different emails. This back and forth lasted for two days. Then I received an email that the car was sold. I did inform them to not run my credit since the car was no longer there. They seemed okay at first but I felt that was a bit shady. I think they immediately sold the car after I left that day and didn’t want to say anything, also based on the type of cars they sell at this location, I don’t think they felt like I was their type of customer.

Trade in: Pictures and VIN were sent to the dealership ahead of time. The dealership researched the vehicle and verbally and in email communicated they would give what was owed on the vehicle. When we arrived, there was a check engine code on the vehicle. They cut the trade in value by half. They did not confirm the code type. They did not ask for repair receipts for the code. Financing-They use sub-prime lenders. Vehicle purchase price-CarGurus said it was overpriced by $2,000. They would not come down on price. Deposit-They required $500 to hold the vehicle for one week. It was not moving-sales. Sale-The vehicle had an error code. They said it was due to a battery "not charging". It ended up being a telescopic kit with over $1,500 for repair after taking it to a certified mechanic. I would never send anyone to this dealership. It was a terrible experience. The sales manager was rude and they sell cars online to unsuspecting good people for a profit. Stay away if you want a fair deal.

From the persons I worked with, both Fred and Zia were kind. The cars I looked at were very well taken care of and the price points were fair!

The Mazda 6 is in amazing condition for a 12-year-old car. There was nothing on the market like it for $9000. Every other comparable car on the market was over $11000. The only hold-up was trying to find out whether my check cleared their bank. I know, I should have wired the money.
