Steve is very informative

The staff was courteous. The finance team was not forthright with their policies. They say they work with any credit rating but they encourage you to get a co-signer. Once you find a co-signer, they encourage the co-signer to purchase the car without the original buyer, The interest rates are high regardless of the credit score, I was offered 29%.

Allen brothers truly has top tier customer service. They were very helpful and pleasant from beginning to end. When the car I wanted wasn’t what I could get, they helped me with the next best option for me.

Drove 2 hours to the steelership to find out that the car I went for was sold before I walked in. Communication would have been nice before I made the drive.
