Horrible experience first they misled about the price of one vehicle, then when I tried for another vehicle they told me the truck was available a few hours before I went to see it and when I got there they said it was sold the day before.

As of yesterday, 6/2/26, the listing on CarGurus and their website for a 2015 Rav4 Limited was $13,995, which they've since changed to $15,995, their actual price all along. In the fine print, it still says, "Price reflects a $1,999 down payment or equivalent trade value," so I don't know if they're now selling it for $15,995 or $17,995. In addition, their CarGurus listing has a disclaimer: "Prices seen on CarGurus will be honored as cash prices," but when I took the 40 minute drive there yesterday and told the dealer I was paying cash, he told me, "well then the price is $15,995." This despite me telling him that CarGurus and their own website listed it as $13,995. I never even opened a door on the car, I just handed him the keys back and left. I'm scratching them off my list of dealers and CarGurus should be following up with this false advertising.
