I made a few requests of Van Horn before making an appointment. I asked them to actually view the Jeep and provide an accurate visual evaluation of condition. My salesperson, Mark Sloan, did a complete walk-around video. This was above and beyond expectations, which was greatly appreciated. I set an appointment, knowing what I was driving an hour to see. My time is important to me. I bought a Jeep Grand Wagoneer from Van Horn recently. I will gladly drive an hour to purchase from them in the future, knowing that my time won't be wasted. This Jeep was purchased by my daughter. It was her first car purchase where financing was involved. She rated her experience with a score of 10/10. We, could not be happier with this purchase. Van Horn will treat you with professionalism and respect.

I helped my niece in IA to purchase a Nissan LEAF at this dealer in WI. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Jerry responded to my inquiry quickly and helped set up a call. Brandon took care of everything. My niece decided to buy this car within 24 hours after my initial conversation with Brandon. Shipping was a challenge, but they are very accommodating. The 7-year-old car is in good condition. This is the type of dealer whom you can trust and buy a car remotely. Hope they will maintain their superb reputation and attract more customers from both within and outside WI.
