My experience started well: dealer was responsive to my inquiries about condition and agreed to get a PPI done because I am an out of state buyer. I scheduled the PPI and it was never dropped off. I then was ghosted for a week despite many texts and calls. After a week of waiting someone finally responded and said “he” didn’t want to deal with the hassle of a PPI so I guess I just learned it was a consignment vehicle. Dealer seemed great at first but there were too many red flags for me to move forward with a purchase.

Good experience

Juan is amazing, upbeat attitude and wants the best for you. He was the only salesperson to send me a video of the car already started. Most salespeople talk during the walk around. But not Juan, which was pretty nice, He let the vehicle do all the “talking”. I wasn’t even planning on buying something so soon, the vibes that he put out and the cleanliness of the vehicle made everything about the test drive complete, He did come along for some company and to guide me on where to go. The warranty he sold me is a pretty penny, but what it offers makes it seem as a good choice to go with. I would highly recommend.
