I never heard back after I sent pictures of the car we wanted to trade. I didn't expect a firm estimate, but later learned the car we were looking at had already sold and they didn't bother to notify me. That ended what had started as a positive experience.

Through contacting the dealer about price and other questions and ultimately purchasing my vehicle there, I was very impressed with the way that all the employees at Haddad Hyundai treated me the customer! My main contact was Kelly and she answered all of my questions and could not have been more helpful but the other salesmen and manager were also respectful and eager to answer all my questions for me.(and I had quite a few) Would highly recommend Haddad Hyundai.

Dealer responded and provided all information that was requested. But was not the exact truck that I was looking for.
