I worked with Travis to purchase this vehicle. I traveled over an hour after waiting a week or so for the title to come in to find a scratch on the bumper. This scratch was not pictured or mentioned in the car’s description. I accepted that we would call back to see how this issue could be resolved. Once the car was finally purchased and we were ready to go, we also found out there was only one key. We found this pretty disappointing and were hopeful to get some help to fix the scratch. When we talked to the general manager Stan about this, he explained that the car was priced off of these issues. The issue was not the price but the fact that I spent time and money to get down to the dealership to find these things out when they should’ve been explicitly told on the dealership’s website. I was super excited about this car and Travis was helpful to get us down there, but overall very disappointed in the way Cochran Infiniti and their management handled this situation.
