Initial contact was good. Once I was handed over to a human salesman, then it got slow, intermittent, and sloppy. Did not fulfill what they said they would do. Ask for a closer walk around video. I was told no problem and a week later no video.

Mike was great But the price online was $19,875 out the door they asked for $27,000 Failed to disclose that the car was used at the dealer for over 2 years as a loaner. I'm happy we did not agree on the price
