The dealership is over 2 hours away from my home and I had questions about the vehicle. The dealership was quick to respond to my emails with details, not vague responses. We did not get the vehicle but the dealership communication was very good.

They did a wonderful job communicating with me and setting up an appointment time that worked well with my schedule. I enjoyed my conversation on the phone, and all of my questions were definitively answered. They even made me a video of the truck to make sure it was what I was looking for to help me avoid wasting my time taking a trip up there. The buying process was extremely easy, they explained everything to me. Didn’t waste my time trying to up-sell me for services I wasn’t interested in. I genuinely felt they had my best interests at heart. I would not hesitate one minute to buy another vehicle from them. I’ll check their inventory first thing next time. It’s great to do business with a dealership you can trust.
