I rarely post reviews of car dealerships, but in this case I am making an exception because I had a truly outstanding experience and I want others to know about how good Mollie is. Dave, the owner, went (way) above and beyond to provide me with detailed, clear, decision-relevant information about a Mini Clubman that he had just listed for sale and in which I was keenly interested. He is a Mini specialist, knows the cars inside and out, and I learned a ton from our two long discussions before I made a decision. In total, he took two hours of his time to educate me -- not to sell me the car but to help me figure out whether this specific Clubman would be the right one for me. He provided tons of high-res pictures, maintenance history, etc. so that I could decide long-distance. I cannot recommend him enough.

First off this Dealership advertises its female owned in reality its Male dominated and Owner Brian was non-flexible and non-negotiable with a minivan that had over 212.000 Miles on it. Then as I was sitting in the lobby one of his employees walked up to me offering me a much older vehicle for almost the same price, instead of negotiating a better deal they kept deliberately insulting me and scoffed. After I left they dropped the price on the dealership website. So if I was another customer that meant they had bargaining room to work with me instead I found them nasty and rude and dishonest. Glad I didn’t do business with them after all.

Called and left me a very nice message and I haven't called back yet but I gave 4 stars because they were very pleasant in their message.
