The salesman and staff were very helpful and forthcoming with information I requested. Answered most questions I had. The pictures used in the ad were not very high quality, so I was not real happy with that part. The salesman, Rhayan, was very helpful and available! I appreciated that. My decision not to purchase was a decision I made and not based on anything the dealership or staff did. I appreciated their support.

2 salesmen tried fixing a key issue. Only 1 key, all rims were scratched, panels on car missing, grill chipped, car dirty, all things that could have been fixed. ESPECIALLY after the price was jacked up 2k. Online, it said full price transparency, tax+fees included. When i went in, it was nearly 24k, where as it was listed at 21. I would have been okay with buying at that price if the issues would have been fixed. Minimum clean car and 2 keys. For 27k flat got a 2026 Toyota Corolla SE 12 miles. 3 grand more with warranty, services, and a brand new car. I needed a car that same day, and if they would have gone down to promised price I would've got it, but manages only kept on repeating "that why they're so cheap". No excuses.

I have been a number of attempts to check availability on 2 Separate vehicles and never get a personal response. Finally called and gentleman answered with Just A “Hello” and had to ask if this was Prime Hawaii? I mention I am inquiring on BMW and he Immediately responds you work for “Such Company” right and continues with You Have Bad Credit, Yeah Your Credit Bad We Cannot Help You! We Should’ve Called Tell You!
