I purchased this vehicle off the website and discussion with Hunter Goat, sales manager. NOT driven nor physically seen the unit. Relying solely on words and the reputation of the company. Buying from Alaska and HOPING the company can assist the final process to be expedient for me. Samantha, sales associate has been pleasantly helpful, so far! The company is storing my car on-site until we arrive for a little more than a month. Yay! For them.

I drove 2 hours to look at this used 2023 Ford F-150 XLT. I met with the salesman & test drove it. It drove good as usual, but when I got back I noticed the passenger door had been keyed. Upon bringing attention to the salesman/manager on shift, they said “it didn’t have that when we got it here, it must have happened in the parking lot” So upon hearing this I went on their website to see the initial pictures & sure enough it’s in the pictures if you zoom in far enough. Being blatantly lied to isn’t a good way to sell a vehicle. I get it’s a used vehicle with 35,000 miles but being lied straight to your face is some serious crap! I ended up taking my business elsewhere to say the least.

They called me back timely, answered all questions and were pleasant.

Great staff is very helpful, I wasn't able to retrieve check until the next morning due to getting my other car around, but they have a great guard dog and made sure my truck stayed safe until I was able to pick it up.
