Dealerships near me (Pauls Valley, OK)

I drove 50+ miles to test drive and purchase car, if feasible. Unaware of 2 Seth Wadley dealerships, I went to 1st location that came up on google maps. I arrive and ask for sale associate by name. A salesman tells me to wait he’ll go get this person and then returns and tells me she’s on a call and will be with me, shortly. Then proceed to try to sell me a car, no harm, no foul. I told him I was there to test drive a mini cooper and it was @ a different location, I was told the other dealership was close. He was going to call and get it over to me. Long story short, told me the car wasn’t drivable and they couldn’t drive it so proceeded to try to sell me a Hyundai, not what I came for….then I get a call from the dealership an hour later asking me was I coming by to test drive the mini, very bad customer service, I understand wanting a sale but that was more than a sell, I was blatantly lied to by the salesman @ Seth Wadley in Purcell

They called me back timely, answered all questions and were pleasant.

I contacted Mr. Kerry about a 2015 Buick Enclave. I realize that they were closing at 6 but he made himself and Mrs. Melissa available for me to test drive the vehicle 30 mins til closing. I really appreciate them doing this. They never tried to convince me in buying the vehicle. Kerry even had other options for me to choose from if I didn't want the one I originally came to test drive. I did however come back the next day to buy the vehicle. The price was such a good deal and below market value. There was not a whole lot of paperwork and most importantly, I was not in the office all day. I also paid a additional fee for the warranty which was just for my mental comfort, but was glad that it was offered. I really appreciate Kerry and Melissa for making me feel comfortable in my purchase. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from Wholesale Auto, Norman.
