We have only communicated by phone, but they have been very responsive, and quick to answer questions about the vehicle. I am in a different state and so the process takes a little longer.

John H. was great, all the staff were great and helpful. I was having vehicle issues with car I already owned. John stayed later on a day he had planned to leave for his childs sporting event, to help me get in a new vehicle that evening! In the future I will definitely think of returning when its time to replace what I just bought!

Mason and Mike were fantastic. Truly top notch!! It was a seamless painless experience. No pressure. Straight forward and very honest. Loved my time there.

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.

We are happy with the vehicle but had a few questions after the sale. I have placed three phone calls to the dealership and my husband sent one e mail. Our questions were not answered, like "Where are the floor mats?". This is a 2023 Toyota Rav 4 XLE with the weather package. It should have floor mats!
