Tarris,(the owner), from the moment I started talking with him about the Mercedes, he was completely forthright with me and extremely willing to help me with my questions and my desire to drive the car to Mercedes in Madison to have a pre purchase inspection completed. The car passed the inspection with flying colors and I bought the car upon my return to River Motors. I would recommend River Motors and Tarris to anyone. Great guy and great experience.

Contacted the dealership and received a prompt response. Asked for info and they said they’d email it over right away. A couple of hours I still hadn’t received any info and asked. They apologized and said they’d get me the info the next morning. The next morning I didn’t receive anything and asked later in the afternoon, via text, and they apologized and said they’d make it priority and get back to me quick. A couple of hours later I received a text verifying I got the info (which I hadn’t). I said I did not and they apologized and agreed it was unacceptable. At the is time I said I was moving on. A couple of days ago I emailed them again asking about the vehicle and did not receive any reponse.

We have questions following the sale that we cant get answers to. Ive made 3 phone calls and one e mail. Its frustrating that we were only important before the sale.
