I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.

This dealership was absolutely amazing as an out of state buyer. I was a little hesitant, but after reaching out to see if the vehicle was available, I received a phone call within 45 minutes and they walked me through the process gave me whatever information I asked for were very transparent about everything so much so that within 24 hours of being contacted by the dealership, the loan application was filled out, and I was approved. Shipping rate was. More than reasonable. I am very pleased and excited. I’ve never had such a good experience at a car dealership and I didn’t even have to set Foot in the dealership.

I tried to negotiate price on this vehicle 76.5 is a fair price. They just lowered the price a little and not enough. Days on lot high. Very nice car but the dealership is slippery to work with. This is a used vehicle and it doesn’t have any additional value. The sell agreement is where they begin to mislead you. 1st they suggest an MSRP when it’s already used. This is a different number from the actual listing. Be careful, they lower this amount to the listing price as a discount when it’s actually the listing price. 2nd, they add bogus charges like detailing. A low miles like new car doesn’t need detailing. 3rd, they added a low jack system that is not necessary for a vehicle that already has it in the vehicle. Lastly they inflated the title price and had a destination price. So they are increasing the cost every step of the way. All money they skim from the top after the listing price. This is a buyer beware dealership that makes their own rules. I hope others don’t get scammed.
