Made appointment to test drive. I reached out to confirm the appointment and the next day they said it was gone. If I had not reached out I would have driven an hour to the appointment.

The team was very responsive and helpful.

The car was advertised with heated seats but did not have them. They offered $400 or to bring it back for aftermarket installation. I chose to have them installed myself so that I could make sure it was a quality installation. In my opinion they should pay my installation cost which will be way higher than $400. This wasn't my fault. Otherwise, everything was great.
