Dealerships near me (Palmer, MA)

I was there for a short time and the person I have been communicating with and she referred me to an inexperienced sales person. He was communicating with the other salesperson and he couldn't be bothered. The salesperson showed me vehicles I was not interested in so not only turned me off and no special offers was discussed so I am keeping my very dependable vehicle and look elsewhere.

Very unhappy. Drove all the way there for a 3pm meeting. Texted to say I was there and nobody came out at all....after 25 mins of standing around, I went inside only to find out the car had already been sold that morning after communicating all day with a salesman. After being told that, I felt very awkward and they were just kind of like.."yeah." I won't buy anything from these guys.

Great staff very helpful sales people. Car wasnt wasn't something I want to move forward with and the value of my trade in I feel was lower than I had previously had appraised.

I contacted this dealer several times..they did get back to me to let me know that the vehicle i was interested in was being looked at and they would get back to me if it did not sell....they did not get back to me...but the vehicle is still posted..so I called, they told me there was a hold on it...they would let me know if the deal didn't go through...nobody got back to me but the vehicle is still listed..I gave up with this dealer.

Staff is very helpful and responsive, and I did end up purchasing a vehicle from them.

Very pleasant couple. Owner very knowledgeable, very laid-back, no pressure, let the vehicle sell itself. Answered all question and goes way beyond what other dealers would never do. Could not ask for a better experience. I would purchase from this dealer without hesitation!!!!
