Absolutely terrible. They told me to put an application in. After I did I never heard from them and had to keep reaching out. They just beat around the bush. The next day I got ahold of them again. They said the car has a deposit on it now. Literally the entire day I reached out numerous times. Do not bother with these people

Make sure you check and recheck your car, finance numbers and especially your contract. Things were added (forced) to the contract that should have been optional (LoJack and Safe Guard). Not Cool!!!

Salesman said what was advertised was not accurate on the mileage of the car so I didn’t purchase it

Me and my husband went to this dealership to test drive the model Y. When we got there, they said the car was not there! then they had me waiting. I was at this dealership for 8 hours just for them to try and put me in a car i didn’t want basically they picked a car for me this dealership it not honest with there customers. Worst experience ever.

They had the vehicle I wanted but its been a project ever since. Check engine light came on a week later, truck was filthy and my permanent plates were mailed to them instead of my address so I have to waste 2 hours picking them up.
