Adam went above and beyond to help us out. We were under tight time constraints and live quite a distance away. He made the whole process as easy as possible. In fact , everyone in the office was kind, courteous and helped streamline the entire process. Pricing was transparent and fair. We love the car and to be honest it was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had in my 61 years.

They were unprofessional. They didn't reach out when they were supposed to. They didn't let me know anything. They kept saying they were going to reach out and contact me and let me know about. I had to find out about the price calling myself then he didn't copy our IDs or driver license. Nothing when we came up there wasting our time. I had to pay for rides all the way out to Fairfield and he had no care because he didn't contact me back. Let me know the price job or didn't even try to sell me the car I came up there for or any other car and he didn't tell me if I was approved or not approved. I don't even know what was going on and I asked questions and he just told me to put 30% down and when I came up with most of the money he didn't communicate. So to me they're very unprofessional

The salesman that I had, was very helpful. I test rode the vehicle, and was very interested in buying it. The salesman arranged for me to pick up the vehicle and have it inspected at my mechanic, I returned the vehicle to the dealership and made plans to purchase it that afternoon at 5:30. Financing had already been arranged. I received a call at 3:00 from my salesman that someone else was looking at the vehicle and by 4:00 the vehicle had been sold. It was a different salesperson that actually sold the vehicle. I was very disappointed and not pleased to say the least. I would not recommend this dealership.

Waiting on finance office was a joke, took forever. Started working deal with another dealership and then miraculously got into finance office. Sales person was not organized and came back to us several times for same information. Things that were on the certified list, which they make you sign and initial, were not the same within the vehicle. Sales person was supposed to follow up to replace missing item and never did. Called manager and never got call back.
