Jim the owner, was very nice and friendly. He was very fast in responding. I went out to test drive a 2008 Jeep. The jeep's description on the listing was very accurate. The car was clean and ready for a test drive. They gave us a 3000 mile or 3 month warranty. I've never had a small used car lot offer a warranty. I've been very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend Rosewood Auto Sales to my friends and family.

So the day after I contacted them, I got a text with a link to look at details. The link didn't work. It said the link had been suspended. I tried to go to the website for Mid-States Motors and got the same response. It said website has been suspended. Two days later, I received another text asking me if I was still interested.

Car had several issues, was told it would take a few hours to fix. We went to grab lunch and came back, they just parked the car back where it was, never tried to fix any of the issues. Then was told we could take it, then bring it back when we had time, but we live 3 hours away. We just told them to forget it.
