I wanted To confirm a software that was on the vehicle. They did not have ownership of the vehicle in the Tesla app so they could not confirm the EAP status. I also have not had any follow up calls as they would 4 days ago.

The staff was great----the car was beat up-----I made an offer but they would not accept it-----the sales man was very nice-----the manager was a stiff!

It was actually a terrible experience. The truck listing is incorrect in the description. It does not have the premium JBL audio package, sunroof, heated seats. This truck is not loaded as the ad stated. There are all sorts of scratches, chips,dings and the tailgate has been repainted. None of that is not shown in your ad. I had an appointment for 11am and the store didn't even open the doors until 11. Then there were multiple people waiting to be helped. Appointment was for 11am, why make an appointment when the place opens at 11 am. I never even spoke to a sales person. After driving for three hours, this was a major disappointment.

Everything was great except the communication about the price for the car. I explicitly asked the total price for the car including taxes and fees before I got to the dealership for a test drive. When I got there, another 3k was added. Obviously the price listed was not including taxes and fees like they said. But otherwise the process was smooth, easy and the people were very nice.
