After talking with their sales group, after driving 1 1/2 to tbd dealer. The first thing that they said was that the car could not be sold at this time. Making me di the long drive to them. Very disappointed

When I was about to view a truck at this dealership, I saw a 2-star previous rating. That made me hesitate. Then I clicked on the review link and discovered many positive reviews by previous customers. So I thought, the rating system was unfair. It only showed one latest review. When it was a bad review, it was misleading because people might think this dealer got an average 2-star review. I went on to visit the dealership and bought a truck. Honestly, I got an overall good experience. The dealer was very willing to make a deal. They are straightforward and no haggling. Of course no one is perfect. The salesperson was very friendly at the very beginning. After I test-drove one truck and showed some hesitation, his enthusiasm faded a little bit. When I requested to test-drive another truck, he started to show some impatience. That’s understandable. Being a push-over nice guy won’t sell any cars. In the end, we made a deal without any stress. The dealer and I were both happy.
