They told me I was approved with $2,000 down, but soon as I arrived at the dealership, they ran my credit and said I would have to put down an extra $1,000. I was okay with that. However, after keeping me at their dealership for 2 hours, they told me I wasn't approved after all the inconvenience.

This is a small, family owned dealership and we worked exclusively with the owners, John and Emily. They were so warm and friendly and we had a wonderful experience, inspite of a few hiccups in the financing (not their mistake), but they went overboard to see that we got the price we negotiated. We found the van to be exactly as it was described and it runs perfectly. I would definitely recommend John's Motors, Inc. if you're looking for a good used vehicle at a great price and if working with a dealer with integrity is important to you.

They have a non-negotiable $3000 "Customer Care" fee they add onto every used vehicle. Then all of the other fees they add on. (tags, dealer prep..ect.). When you see the sticker price, add an additional $4500 to get the actual price. Then add taxes. The vehicle I was looking into instantly became over priced with the extra fees.

Very good communication, better than fair price. Their shipping company let us down in not picking up the vehicle within a week. But , Majestic offered to pay the shipper more , out of their own pocket, to expedite shipping the vehicle to us.
