Dealerships near me (Olive Branch, MS)

Staff was professional and very transparent.

I would give negative stars if that was an option. They are one of the old bait and switch car dealers. Would not contact this dealer again. I was given a trade report and a payment certificate on a Friday. Was shown to be given between 8000-9500 for my trade. Which is a excalty what it is worth. This was after giving them all the details on my trade in. After a few emails Saturday I told them what I would give cash and my trade and if they could not do that I understood business is business. Didn’t hear back so I assumed they couldn’t make a deal. Received a message on Monday from used car manager telling me they would give me a whole $500 for my trade in. I live over 2 1/2 hours away. If I would have driven there only to be told I was gonna get $500 after I had done been told a minimum of $8000, someone would have got their feelings hurt. This place wanted to give me $500. They acted surprised when I said nope. Will not look at any vehicles they have ever again.

They were very honest and fair about trade in value. They also provided me with information that could help me even if I chose not to purchase their vehicle.

Staff was great , very helpful and good follow up. Price was way too high or I would have bought the car. I am still looking
