Great little used dealership!

They responded quickly and answered my questions, but my situation has changed and I can't afford the car I would've gladly bought from them

Internet said one price and was 5k more at dealer. They refused to move in price so we walked out.

The sales team at Tasca Buick GMC Palm Harbor are top-notch, very professional and courteous due to come across a deal on a boat that I’ve always wanted. I was not able to make a deal but they were willing to do whatever they could to help me reach the goal of purchasing by 2500 GMC when I’m ready, I will definitely be reaching back out to them because of the way that they treated me I recommend them to anyone footsteps attractive

Our Salesman, Preston, was excellent, responding quickly and professionally to our inquiries and handled his part of the process very efficiently. Less impressed with the Finance man, who may be new as he had various other employees guide him through parts of the process. When we purchased the extended warranty, he failed to state that the finance company had to change, as the one we initially had does not finance the warranties. Instead, after crossing out the prior company, he hand-wrote the new financiers name without changing the address and never mentioned this. When asked about this, he responded defensively, rather rudely. When I asked for a print out of contract paperwork, he told me it was in my email, standing there in his office, I could not get the necessary codes to work, which irritated him. Finally, he printed the papers for me, but was clearly annoyed to do so. I have ALWAYS received ALL vehicle sales documents in Dealer Information envelopes. Times have changed!
