Went to see a car I liked online. Once I was there, they couldn't find it at first because the associate helping me (although friendly) didn't know it was being worked on. When I went to test drive it, I saw that the check engine light was on and I asked why, and they had no idea. I took it to a mechanic during my test drive and got it inspected and even after showing them what the mechanic told me, they were unwilling to negotiate a lower price. Weird experience

I was inquiring about a specific vehicle. A customer had put a deposit on the car and I was informed later that it had been sold.

Working with Steve was a very pleasant experience for my not so pleasant situation. I was in a motor vehicle accident a few weeks ago and total lost my vehicle. Undecided if I was going to purchase a new vehicle or not, we noticed this vehicle online and it was still available when I finally made my decision to purchase. We went out to inspect the vehicle on Friday evening in hopes of taking it home that day. But with getting a few minor adjustments to the vehicle, Monday was my pickup day. I came with my preapproval in hand, and he had me in and out in no time. Photos online were what I saw in person. Thanks

I did not pull the trigger and buy a car here, but I also didn’t buy a car yet. I’m really being fussy this time. It’s a third car. I just wanted it for. It’s gonna sound crazy for my dogs. Can’t wait to get one for Door S.
