They picked me up and didn't tell me the car i was looking at been sold. They already had a car picked out to sell me which wasn't anywhere close to what i went to look at. Then they tried to sell the car for a higher price than what was advertised online for.

The sales rep Larra Luna and general manager Salvador were less then friendly or helpful after the sale. I purchased truck 🛻 in good faith only to realize driver side windshield wiper did not work. Staff failed to fill truck with gas as promised. General manager Salvador promised to remedy issues on date Saturday 6-27-26 the following Monday 6-29-26. After I arrived Monday I was informed by staff that sales rep Larra Lujan and general manager Salvador were too busy to assist me and instead have a seat. I waited for two hours to no avail. My experience with Lithia Hyundai was deplorable and frustrating with the end result! BUYER BEWARE 😱 DO NOT 🛑 BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!😠
