Great experience. They offered to drive the car 2 hours directly to my driveway. We worked out the offer for my trade they brought the car to us to test drive. We drove it, and decided to go through with the purchase. We signed a few papers and they took our trade back with them. Basically the easiest process i have ever had buying a car.

Ryan contacted me immediately after AI requested additional information theu car gurus. Ryan listened my needs and desires and we moved quickly to negotiation stage. After he sent me a video walkaround of the truck, I noticed several hail dents and expressed my concerns about purchasing a vehicle with hail damage. He explained to me it was listed on their website under the hail damaged discounted vehicles. I told him I had been viewing the truck on the car gurus site, which did not state any hail damage. I explained to him that it may have been a misunderstanding. I was no longer interested. Shortly after, he reached out to me and asked if I they repaired that hail damage if I would still be interested. Absolutely! I am very happy to say that Ryan and the Edwards Auto Group are taking care of those issues and I will be buying this vehicle and having it shipped to my home.
