They refused to allow the car off the lot for a pre-purchase inspection. So I hired a guy to guy to do an on site inspection and test drive. Before I could get a report from the mechanic, a salesperson called and the mechanic didn't know what he was doing. Guess what? The car didn't pass the road test. Needless to say I didn't buy the car.

SF Bay Autos, were very transparent and helpful, they did not push me to buy another car when the other did not suit my needs. They worked with me on price on another car on the lot which I purchased and made the deal super smooth and would highly recommended the dealer!

I contacted the dealer with car price above market value at the time at ~$59k. I was hoping they can drop the price to the fair market value, but the dealer just tell me to go some place else in a very unpleasant way. After couple days, I noticed they dropped the price to market price in the advertisement.

Within an hour I was contacted by Jack at Marin Acura about the Volkswagen Atlas to schedule an appointment. I was received by Jack and Edmond of Marin Acura. The vehicle was in great condition but the check engine light had come on along with a couple sensor lights. After I purchased the vehicle from Marin Acura, I had the vehicle inspected by a Volkswagen dealership. The issues with the vehicle were mostly covered by the warranty. One item was not covered, I contacted Edmond at Marin Acura about the situation and they covered the cost for the item. Exceptional service, transparency and overall great experience. I would absolutely recommend using Marin Acura for a purchase in the future.

They were dishonest about the price . They said the are willing to negotiate , I drove 2 hours to see the car and when I asked about negotiating the price they said there was nothing the could do . Furthermore they were very inflexible and unwilling to bend at all in finance process . They lost out on 15000 dollars cash and I was happy to take my business elsewhere .
