Contacted this dealer about a vehicle he gave me a price I countered and he came back with another price that interested me. In the proposal he sent me via email he pulled a fast one in my opinion because he actually had the vin number on the proposal and it wasn't the vehicle I negotiated for. When I sent him an email pointing that out he never answered my questions at all he just sent me a response saying " we have certified used cars" I actually thought someone was playing a joke on me. This proves to me they are less than credible.

They contacted me by phone, text, and email. I made an appointment to see the car on Saturday and decided to buy it. They serviced it and cleaned it up and I picked it up on Tuesday. The sales rep was very pleasant and the buying process was clean and simple.

Chris was an amazing person to deal with. I never felt any pressure, he worked with me on pricing, assured me of the condition, and was an all around pleasure to deal with. Communication was fast, even on his day off during a blizzard. The car was cleaned multiple times during the entire purchasing process. Full transparency and personable customer service. This is my first experience at an actual dealership and this should be the standard.
