This place is ridiculous. We contacted the sales person about 2 hours before we drove all the way there since I live over an hour away and he advised vehicle was still available. When we got there, he had us test drive the car without letting us know that another salesperson was already selling the car. When we got back to the dealership, he was rushing us to put a bit in. We were inspecting the vehicle when the other salesperson came out and said he had sold the car. Our salesperson tossed the keys to ther other sales rep, looked at us and said too bad, we are too late and walked away making us feel extremely uncomfortable. Just left us standing not understanding what happened. Didn't even offer to show us another car...nothing. Horrible service. Will NEVER recommend!!

I recently bought from the Norwalk Hertz who made it an easy, pleasant experience. Sam was so nice and helpful. After looking forever I found them (a dealer who processes the rebate!) and didn’t have to deal with negotiating off thousands in add-ons that I didn’t want! No haggling on price either. Some people are afraid to buy rental cars, but it can be a great way to go. I had just bought an escape phev from a Ford dealer and had to return it the next day because there was undisclosed damage and a bad battery. So a fancy dealer doesn’t really mean anything. Go to Sam at Norwalk Hertz and make your life easy.

Nima and his cousin were very professional. They answered my questions. More importantly they went above and beyond in showing me the car. His cousin lived near me do he brought the car to me to test drive. When I decided to buy it, he told me I needed to come to the office. He picked me up the on the day I was available so i could get the car and drive it home. The mini engine is in excellent condition. My mechanic friend checked out the car and said I got a great deal. Really appreciated their professionalism.

They were great then I didn't hear back from them and finally they said car was sold and could have asked if another interested me! Overall nice people'
