We bought the car from Car Need and it’s perfect for my daughter. However the dealer knew we were coming in to purchase the car and said it would be ready when we got there. Sad to say they DID NOT have it ready. It was not clean and barely had a quarter tank of gas in it. The sales person said it would be all cleaned up and a full tank of gas. I had to go to a car wash before bringing it home to surprise my daughter and the next day we had the inside detailed. Not to mention I had to stop for gas to make it home! You would think these little things would have been done to make the purchase process better The car is great for my daughter but the small details count and apparently this dealership doesn’t care about the small things

Had a great buying experience at this dealership! Bought 2 cars here and traded 1. Paul and Angel treaded me fairly and with much integrity and because I had a great overall experience last year when I bought a RAV4 from them for my in-laws, I had confidence I was going to get a great buying experience again so I came back and bought a very nice 2017 BMW X4 for my son. Thanks for my rides and I’ll definitely be back in the future for another car!
