They told me an hour before I came in that the civic was available. After I arrived they told me it had been sold. Then they showed me a Corolla that was $6k more than my price range. I felt like they used old school outdated sales tactics and they bait and switch to get you in there. The haggling process was annoying. I finally got to the price I wanted to pay but it was a long back and forth process to get there. After all was said and done and the paperwork was signed I found out that the vehicle only came with one key! I will probably not buy from there again.

Amazing experience overall. The staff was super friendly. Great vibes in there. Vehicle was clean and as described. Prompt and informative communication from my sales guy before getting there and the management team made it so that I was in an out. Financing was a breeze and there was never any pressure or any pricing gimmicks like other dealers like to pull when you go in the finance office. Straight forward and honest guys here. Untrustworthy. I drove two hours to buy a car which had been sold the day before. I checked twice with the dealership hours before I left and they confirmed it was available. When I arrived I was told it was gone and they didn’t have anything comparable. The person I talked to was either incompetent or deceitful. Either way avoid this dealership.

They were very helpful and up front about everything, easy to work with. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Staff told me that, contrary to the CarGurus post, the vehicle I was interested had been sold “quite awhile ago”. When I mentioned the vehicle had been listed on CarGurus for over a year, the staff member became flippant and accusatory saying I needed to move faster, even though contacted the dealership the same day I found its listing on CarGurus.

Went to look at a used car with a great price. The car wasn’t ready so we were told they would contact us in a few days. Never did. I called four days later only to be told the car was now $800 more that was confirmed only four days earlier. Shady responses from management. Wouldn’t honor original price. Told them wouldn’t do business with them.
