I got a more than fair deal on my trade in. The process was long and tedious. I was happy when it was done. If you have patience and time then you will be fine. Overall very happy with my new car. Even if I will be paying for it for a very long time.

Its been over a week and i never heard from dealership except from initial email that claimed the car was available. I responded to that email and hadnt heard anything since, which make sme think the car was available and they just wanted me to show up to sell me something else. but who knows since i never got a response.

The folks I worked with at Honda Sarasota were awesome! Colby was my original sales person and he took a video of the car and sent it to me. I then contacted Tony, a sales manager who helped me to obtain the financing! When we got to the dealership, they had the car ready to go! We worked with Marcus because Colby was tied up with another sale and he too was excellent! Got through financing pretty quickly and then we were on our way home. Everyone was very nice at Honda Sarasota! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new or used car!
