The guy called me Saturday morning. I went to get the car they sold it before I got there drove all the way from Tampa corresponded with the guy all morning. Says he forgot.

I saw the used Pathfinder online and received a e-mail confirming the vehicle in inventory. When I arrived they said they new of the white Pathfinder and I waited so the salesperson could get the key. "I am sorry, the car has just sold..... NOW I received another notice on the 26th (based on my inquiry CarGurus) of another white Nissan. When I arrived today the sales person had me wait so he could get they key and then ... "It just sold" ....... again. Can I show you some other pre-owned newer vehicles???? I feel they are using the online service to gain clients only to say "Just sold it" ... Both pathfinders were just under $10,000 Just to get you to come in.... I don't appreciate that practice.... Let's look at other vehicles in inventory

Great at keeping me informed

This has nothing to do with the salesman, everything to do with management. As a prior person in the car business, stay away from this dealership. I drove from NY to this dealership without stopping, about a two day drive straight. Upon arrival the manager didn’t come talk to us, didn’t even look at my trade, put 100 less than poor value and it’s been babied and garage kept, their Navigator Lincoln had the paint blasted off the top from detail, cam phasers sounded bad and they wanted 1000 over the value of a ticking time bomb. This dealership is lazy and greedy, and regardless of what they tell you about “servicing before putting them on the lot” is a stretch. I would find elsewhere to buy a vehicle.
