I asked for a specific request, that the vehicle receive a specific service prior to being sold to me. The Carfax indicated the specific service I requested had not been completed in 17 years (suspension system) and the dealership declined to perform the service.

Ridiculously high doc and other fees. Uses low vehicle price to get you in the door. $1499 doc fee on this car $499 in other fees. Waste of time.

They were very relaxed and did not pressure us to buy the car, the test drive process was the easiest we’ve ever had and the rep let us drive it without them in it. They even had the car ready to go out front for us. The only downside was the low estimate for our trade in car which was way off from other dealerships who offered us more than triple what Priority was offering us. Other than that, they’re great!

They suck! open the door for you when they think you are a customer, but when you won't fall for their lies and want to negotiate like any normal person, they get aggressive (manager) We told them we would pay cash and asked for the $800 fee to be removed as it states clearly that "not required by law" they claimed they had to charge it. when I pointed out that not required by law means it is not required as they claim. then they complained about the price of the car being too low to do it. I pointed out that they are the ones who set the price, they got angry. so, therefore, this dealer SUCK! I hope that helps.

I wanted to test drive this car, but the dealership was non-stop contacting me - six different agents, none of them communicating with each other, pushy and poorly written emails. I was so willing to test drive this cutie of a car, but I was turned off from the dealership before I even got there. 20+ emails in a few days was obnoxious, in a word.
