My contact started with texting Courtney who was awesome, she was responsive and polite despite me asking one million questions. When we arrived at the dealership we had the good fortune of working with Diego. He was amazing right from the start. Honestly I can not say enough great things about him, he is super friendly, personable, and really makes you feel like he is truly happen to assist you. We had the opportunity to speak to the Sales Manager and the Dealer Manager both were also super friendly and easy to work with. Then we moved over to finance which typically people dread, we worked work with Tom, he was amazing, super helpful, explained all our options in deal wasn't one of those finance people who tries to push options and warranties etc. At one point I looked around his office and notices he has numerous awards in his office, all were clearly well deserved. They made us feel appreciated and not like a burden or annoyance. In two words THE BEST!
