Not great, they knew nothing about how to operate the features of this car. Saleslady totally unprofessional, tattoos all over her arms,,,dressed to casual.

Awful experience from start to finish. Contacted about a used vehicle, got an automated response that responded once and then stopped. Decided to take some time off work Friday and drive 2 hours to see it. When I arrived I was told it had been sent off for repairs and cleaning and one of the salesmen told me he had already told me this and we had agreed to meet Monday, which never happened. Turns out their messages get flagged as spam sometimes. No big deal, these things happen. Told them I was very interested in it but since they are closed on Sundays and I already took some time off for it I would not be able to come back until Wednesday. They said they would contact when it came back and talked about holding it for me. Contacted Tuesday to confirm appt Wednesday and was told they sold it the previous day. I don't blame them for the initial messages getting spam flagged, but even after communication was horrible.

Responsive, honest, and fair. The internet team answered questions quickly and accurately. Would do business there again.
