Dealer called me to try and get me in the door, I explained that I was 2.5 hours away and wanted to negotiate tentative terms regarding price and my trade-in. The rep said she'd "see" if she could get a salesman to call me back. Guess they didn't want my money.

The car was not a good fit for what we would be deiving it for. Communication was timely with all my questions being answered even though it was all through text, being we lived so far away. Definitely a friendly experience

Asked to complete a credit application, I have not heard from anyone at the dealership since. It's been a month. I follow up, they say someone will reach out, never happens.

As for financing the vehicle, Diego was awesome in walking me thru and explaining each step as I completed the sea of paperwork necessary for purchasing my car. This finance manager answered all my concerns as if we were spending his own money. This dealership is an excellent place to do business with. Brian who oversees this establishment runs a tight ship and when he surrounds himself with good top-notched people, there is really no excuse. This dealership pulled a bait and switch. I test drove the BMW i wanted to drive but i received it totally dirty as if it was in a rain storm all weekend. All cars at this dealer have some type of GPS connected to the ignition that i was told is "on all the cars" there at this dealership for ant-theft purposes. It cannot be removed even if you purchase the vehicle. This adds an extra cost to the car. After i didnt buy the car the stupid salespeople were rude and sent rude text messages like typical used car salesman. STAY AWAY!
