These peoples are all full of crap,when you ask them one simple question about the pricing they don’t respond to the question they just want you to come in so that they can try and screw you over,well i dont want to talk to them in person unless my request is met online were I conduct most of my business.

Mobile experience I called and got an AI generated response which was actually decent. The AI agent said the vehicle was still available. I let it now it’s driving an hour and a half to get there so I wanna make sure it’s available. Set me an appointment time I’d let it know that I didn’t have time today so it’s that one that I’d be able to get in and out really quickly. I showed up at the dealership there was Two maybe three sales reps nobody else I walked around the dealership for 5 to 10 minutes but anybody coming for help finally found somebody coming out of the restroom. They told me that there was a sign in sheet in the front office and wait and then I’d be helped after the four people that were already waiting ahead of meafter that I overheard them explaining to people that they had to fill out an application to check in preapproved to all of that stuff before they could even see the car and more test driving seems to be taking quite a while and I was out of cash Byers to know

He took the time to show us the car and answered all of our questions clearly. Alex handled the numbers with complete transparency, explaining the deal, trade-in offer, pricing, taxes, and fees in a straightforward way, which we really appreciated. Hassan in finance was also very professional and thorough. He reviewed all the documents in detail before we signed, making sure we understood everything. I had simply clicked on inquire about a mustang gt 500. This dealership then contacted me 4 phone calls 3 voicemails and 3 emails and a text all on a saturday. If that was all not a huge deal. They then contacted me sunday evening during dinner. The salesperson then argued with me about it not be borderline harassment. Monday morning again with emails that turned into full blown harassments and threats. They tried to blame their over pressuring on me. I was the problem. They are unhinged. Do not use
