I didn’t feel I received the customer service I needed when purchasing the car. They were more than helpful as the purchase went through but I didn’t get top rate service on shipping timeframe, there were delays in how to submit our down payment, and had to submit same forms multiple times. Some of this could be as I was out of state but they didn’t lead me through the process, I had to do the leg work to check on status from start to finish. The financing individual was more than helpful but it also seemed I had to work with 3 individuals and didn’t know who was ‘in charge’.

We purchased a vehicle from them paid up front with the promise to fedex the title and have the truck delivered to north vermont. We got totally scamed as we called back 8 times and always a excuse since may 1st today is may 22th no tile no shipped vehicle! This truck was promised a florida truck they even lied about that it spent most of it life in the north. We then told them we want our money back and they told us to call peter sands! No such person the joke is on us ; pound sand.we almost felt comfortable buying this truck since it was old and less than 10k ! Thanks sonny for being a man that takes pride in what he does. Everyone we talked to gave us different story; basically they dold us a truck for 7 thousand dallars then stole it from us ! My wife and i are on a gixed income 63 years old and on disability seriously hope we get our money back real soon we cannot afford to do this. Thanks for your help car gurus with the post .
