Nissan dealerships near me (King George, VA)

I work over 2 hours away so I scheduled the test drive in advance. The dealer called to confirm the same day. The dealer called again the day of the appointment to confirm. While on the way, I called to clarify which building because multiple dealers are located in a tight space. When I arrived, he greeted me then promptly handed me off to another gentleman for assistance. This gentleman left to retrieve the keys. When he returned, he handed me a breakdown of the vehicle cost with additional services included then stated he would give me the bad news now. This is when he informed me that the car wasn't available because they sent it to be painted. When I asked why he failed to inform me yet still presented me with Financials, he said because I might want to purchase anyway. I escalated to the manager. He was the person who confirmed & met me at the door. I escalated to his direct, who offered me $500 if I signed that day anyway sight unseen. Untrustworthy & Unprofessional.

I wanted to test drive this car, but the dealership was non-stop contacting me - six different agents, none of them communicating with each other, pushy and poorly written emails. I was so willing to test drive this cutie of a car, but I was turned off from the dealership before I even got there. 20+ emails in a few days was obnoxious, in a word.

Ridiculously high doc and other fees. Uses low vehicle price to get you in the door. $1499 doc fee on this car $499 in other fees. Waste of time.

The Lexington Park Nissan Dealership was very helpful in getting me extra pictures to share with my girlfriend, who the car was for. The staff verified it was a manual transmission and were super friendly. The only reason she didn’t purchase the car was because she didn’t like the color combination, which is no fault of the dealerships.

We were told that they would stay late and when we got there, he let us look at the car and when we didn’t want that one because it was nothing close to what they advertised he told me they were closing up and we couldn’t look at any other cars, even though we were promised the opposite.

I was very happy dealing with the sales man and the finance person.

Jelani was very friendly and efficient with showing the car and ensuring we understood the entire process. We appreciated his transparency about the car’s pricing which allowed us to know it was a fair deal.

They worked with me to ensure I had an approval, I honestly didn’t expect anything bc of my poor credit score, they surprised me being a major dealership and willing to work with me. Excellent customer service and I walked away with an almost brand new car with little mileage.

Avoid this dealership at all costs if possible. They severely low-balled my 2022 m4 competition by roughly 16k and openly mocked me to my face when i argued for a better appraisal. I was then harassed further by their "management team" with a half-baked automated apology email that didnt recognize any wrongdoing and did not offer a solution to the problem of them trying to rip me off. They already sold this car to some poor sucker already but i am very glad to have avoided dealing with such blood-sucking leeches as the salespeople from this particular dealership. AVOID IF YOU CAN!
